Tomahawk Music Player For KDE, Share "Your Music" With Your Friends!

Now, when it comes to playing music in the KDE world nothing beats the Amarok it seems. Amarok does an exceptional job and in a way, when you get addicted to it, you just can't get away from it! ;-). But nothing is perfect and although I'm not much of an Amarok expert, but still if you want to share your playlist or want your player to be more social friendly, and wanna share playlists, etc via Twitter, Jabber, Gtalk... directly through the music player, then Tomahawk is an excellent choice.

Introducing the "Social" Tomahawk ;-)...

So if you want to,

*. Share your music or wanna know what your friends are listening ....

*. Make an easy to manage collection of your scattered audio files ... only god knows where they are ;-)

*. Built/subscribe playlists directly from web sources...

*. Discover new tracks from online services such as Echo...

*. last.fm integration...

and many more. So, in simple words, if you want a music that is social friendly then you should try the Tomahawk which can be run on Windows, Linux, Mac OSX and android as well.

*. At this moment, it seems that Ubuntu packages are still being built... but it should arrive pretty soon.
