Main GUI... |
But that's my criticisms about it, but to be fare, you can do lot more with Openshot video editor nonetheless.
Main feature...
*. Support stock icons.
*. Lots of video and audio effects (with customizable options, per effect).
*. Changes various video attributes such as - crop, frame-rate, bit rate, aspect ration, width, etc.
*. Change speed settings.
*. Play.
*. Cut and paste, full Gnome drag-n-drop support.
*. Automatically upload your created videos to YouTube or Vimeo..., etc.
So, if you're an Ubuntu Linux user and want to install Openshot 1.3.0, then open your Terminal and issue the below command.
sudo aptitude install openshot openshot-docOr, you can install it via a PPA channel (which gives you the ability to receive updates faster than the official version, but may not be as stable as the official version..., it's your choice ;-) ) as well. If so, then ignore the above command and enter the below one.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:jonoomph/openshot-edge
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install openshot openshot-doc
